This property is approximately 28,000 sq. ft., with only about 4,000 sq. ft. previously occupied. It had been sitting largely vacant for roughly eight months. The prior owner had already made substantial investments in the mechanical systems, roof, and other key areas, but the building had fallen into a state of non-management and neglect.

Our scope focused on refreshing and reactivating the space: selective interior painting, new and updated light fixtures, cosmetic repairs in targeted areas, and a comprehensive clean-out that removed roughly 150 yards of accumulated furniture, equipment, and basement storage. The building was turned over as a clean, functional shell ready for new tenants and future build-outs, without the need to reopen or disturb the major systems already in place.
